Online Registration

This state certified 40 - hour course will provide the basic skills rescuers need to perform within a rescue company. The course will cover the use of rope, rope equipment, low - angle operations, and patient packaging. Although there are brief classroom presentations, most of the course will have students perform practical skills such as constructing and operating lowering systems, mechanical advantage systems, belay and safety systems, and anchor systems using accepted rope rescue practices.
