GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS
50/50
Have you ever wanted to try the fitness center but felt intimidated, or have you ever felt like you wanted to try a group fitness class, but thought you would feel silly? Well, we created the best of both worlds for you. 50/50 gets its name from 50% fitness center workout and 50% group fitness workout. Some workouts are subject to change depending on the demand of the fitness center equipment. Classes will begin inside the group fitness studio with a warm up and core focus, then transition up to the fitness center or throughout the gym.
BARRE FUSION
Features low-impact exercises that combine ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. This toning workout engages muscles that other exercises don't reach.
CHAIR YOGA MIX (BODINE ROOM)
Great for everyone and ALL are welcome! Breath, Body, Mind, and Movement. There's nothing traditional about Chair Yoga Mix. It's a mixture of several familiar mind-body modalities in Somatic Therapy such as Yoga, Meditation and Pilates along with introducing Emotional Freedom Techniques, Sound and even Aromatherapy to help Regulate the Nervous System and heal from the inside out. The body stores trauma, which can shut down its own ability to heal naturally. Let's reconnect to our bodies, honor and accept ourselves as we are, and go on our healing journey together!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Enhance your body's ability to perform everyday tasks with ease and efficiency by engaging multiple muscle groups and mimicking real-life movements. We’ll train your body to perform the specific movements you need to do in your daily life, making it a valuable tool for improving overall fitness and reducing the risk of injury.
FIT & ACTIVE
This class will consist of building strength and stability as well as working on balance and posture. Help make daily activities easier by training with light weights, bender ball, and a chair. We will do a short cardio section, strength and balance exercises, and end with stretching. All are welcome as modifications are easily applied.
GET FIT
Get moving for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise followed by core work which includes abs, butt, and back. Finish off the class with a cool down and full-body stretch.
PILATES FUSION
Strengthen your core, stretch the body, get balanced and stronger. This class will focus on Pilates plus incorporate strength, Barre and yoga training.
STRETCH TO RELAX
This 25 minute class will start with a warm up followed by full body stretching and deep breathing exercises.
TABATA
Use bodyweight, dumbbells, and plyometric interval training to push your workouts to the max!
TRANSFORM
The blend of yoga, pilates, tai-chi and sport results in a unique, dynamic release. Regardless of what you bring to the mat, TRANSFORM caters to those who are new to stretching as well as the seasoned pro, and has the potential to transform you from the inside out.
WARRIOR Strength™
WARRIOR Strength is a 60-minute class comprising of two sections. CARDIO COUNTDOWN follows a consistent formula that makes time fly by. With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. GET PUMPED is a strength-based format that will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles!
YOGA (BODINE ROOM)
Improve flexibility, balance and strength while reducing stress and lowering blood pressure. Yoga is great for loosening up the muscles and joints, and sharpening mental focus.
YOGA FLOW (STUDIO 2)
This class is slow gentle movement learning to listen to the body. Starting with gentle yoga posture to warm up the body, then we will move into different yoga poses together to create a sequence. Some sequences will be standing, on the ground, or in combination of going from standing to the ground.
ZUMBA®
Join the party! Zumba® is a fun, cardio workout with easy-to-follow dance steps inspired by Latin rhythms, featuring south-of-the-border moves that are spicy hot! Dancer or not, burn calories, work up a sweat, and have a great time doing it!
