Annually, the Conservation and Sustainability Committee sponsors the Property of the Year in which residents nominate homes throughout town with appealing yards, landscaping or exteriors.
Judges looked for "curb appeal" and considered only the front of the property visible from the street. Judging criteria included: overall appearance, design, maintenance, color and diversity. The winners were judged in one of the following categories:
- Residential
- Use of Native Landscaping
- Business
