Romeoville C.A.R.E.S. Program

Romeoville C.A.R.E.S. Program - Community Assistance, Resources, and Emergency Support

The Romeoville C.A.R.E.S. program helps residents connect to support during times of need. Led by the Romeoville Fire Department’s Community Risk Reduction Division, C.A.R.E.S. brings together village departments, community partners, and local resources to assist residents facing health, safety, or life-stability challenges.

C.A.R.E.S. focuses on connection, coordination, and follow-through. Rather than duplicating services, the program helps identify needs early and guides residents to the most appropriate assistance - whether that support comes from village services, nonprofit organizations, community partners, or in limited cases, direct aid through the C.A.R.E.S. fund.
