Commuter parking permits are issued on an annual or semiannual basis. Permits can only be purchased online. If no permits are available, you will be added to the waiting list. To obtain a permit, click here.
• Annual Permit - $250 for residents
• Annual Permit - $300 for non-residents
• Semi-Annual - $125 for residents
• Semi-Annual - $150 for non-residents
After purchasing, an email will be sent with the assigned parking spot.
RENEWALS
The current permit holder will receive a renewal email 30 days prior to their permit's expiration. The permit holder will not have to do anything to renew unless they want to opt out, which they can do at any time. If they opt out, the permit is offered to the next person on the wait list.
For any permits set up under auto renew, they will renew at the end of December or whatever month your permit expires in.
