ROMEOFEST RULES & GUIDELINES

FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT & SAFETY, PLEASE ADHERE
TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

  • No weapons of any kind, including: guns, edged weapons, pocket knives 
  • No soliciting, loitering, or littering
  • No fighting
  • No illegal/illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • No smoking in Carnival, Food Court, or Tiered Seating
  • No coolers permitted inside fest grounds or carnival
  • No outside food or beverages.  Each guest is allowed one (1) sealed bottle of water (not to exceed 24oz.) Empty reusable water bottles are permitted.
  • No grills or open flames
  • No obscene language, gang symbols, signs, or gestures
  • No obscene attire. Shirt & shoes must be worn at all times.  All hats must be worn properly.
  • No animals or pets
  • No bikes, rollerblades, hover-boards, or skateboards
  • No refunds
  • No additional guests will be allowed entry once capacity has been met. 

ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of Law Enforcement or Village Employees.

Public Notice: Event Capacity & Personal Belongings

Please be advised that capacity for the entertainment area at RomeoFest will be monitored and enforced at the discretion of the Village of Romeoville. Once maximum capacity is reached, no additional guests will be permitted to enter.

Guests will not be allowed entry before the official start time of the event.

The use of unattendedpersonal items —such as blankets, chairs, or similar belongings— to reserve space s is strongly discouraged, as it does notguarantee seating or reentry. Guests are encouraged to remain with their items for the duration of the event.

Please note:

    • The Village of Romeoville is not responsiblefor any lost or stolen items.
    • All bags are subject to searchupon entry.
