RACE BEGINS: 2:30PM

Join us for the Color Run, a vibrant, high-energy event where kids and adults can run, walk, and celebrate their way through a color filled course!  Feel the beat of the music as bursts of colorful powder are blasted upon you, turning your journey into a technicolor adventure!  But the fun doesn't stop there - at the finish, every participant gets their own packet of color to toss in an epic, all-together color explosion!  After the run, keep the excitement going at Romeo's Family Fun Zone or Carnival for more fun at the Fest!

PACKET PICK UP

Race packet pick-up will be available from August 1 ^st -8 ^th at the Romeoville Aquatic Center(630 Townhall Drive, Romeoville, IL).  If you’re unable to pick up your packet in advance, don’t worry!  You can still grab it on race day starting at 2:00 PM at the check-in location.

Race Start Time: Sunday, August 10th at 2:30 PM

Check In Location: Nancy Aldridge Pavilion (behind the Romeoville Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd)

How To Get There: Due to festival fencing, the easiest way to reach the pavilion is to walk up Arsenal Driveand follow the Done Editing path to the pavilion for check-in. Please refer to the course map (below) for directions and important landmarks.

PARKING

Along both sides of 135th/Romeo Rd.

At A. Vito Martinez Middle School (590 Belmont Dr) – just a short walk to the check-in pavilion.

At Joliet Junior College Romeoville Campus (1125 W Romeo Rd)

FIRST AID

A first aid station will be available at the check-in pavilion.

THE COURSE

Approximately 1 mile

6 Color Blast Stations throughout the course (check the map for color zones!)

FINAL COLOR BLAST CELEBRATION

Once everyone finishes the course, we’ll gather for one last color toss together! Grab your packet of color and let’s paint the sky before enjoying the rest of RomeoFest.
