February is all about celebrating fitness together at Fit 4 Life!

This month, we’re putting a fun spin on Valentine’s Day with PALentine’s Day, because everything is better with a workout buddy.

From February 7–14, members can bring a PAL for freeto the Fit 4 Life Fitness Center, and all month long you can bring a PAL for free to any group fitness class.

Whether you’re lifting, stretching, or sweating it out side by side, it’s the perfect way to share the Fit 4 Life experience.

Anyone can find themselves in a potentially dangerous situation. How prepared you are and how you handle yourself will determine the outcome. In this workshop you'll be empowered with tools to build self-awareness and self-confidence. You'll learn basic defense skills to apply if you find yourself in an actual dangerous situation. The workshop includes a classroom setting with optional participation in demonstrations. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and tennis shoes.

Saturday February 14 from 11:15am-12:45pm

Friday February 20 from 6:00pm-7:30pm

Fitness Members $15, Non Fitness Members $20
