Please note beginning September 8th, Fit 4 Life Fitness Center will have new hours:

Monday-Friday: 6:00AM-9:00PM

Saturday-Sunday: 8:00AM-7:00PM

We are excited to welcome our new Yoga instructor Katie Kiwiet!

Katie is a certified Yoga Teacher, avid reader, and baker. 

She became an instructor because she wanted to spread her passion for yoga and recovery exercise.  

If she could have one superpower she would love to fly. 

And she dreams of making pasta in Tuscany one day. 

Katie will be teaching Yoga on Monday evenings, join her in the Bodine Room. 

Our minds largely determine the quality of our lives. One can’t seem to manage to hang on to their attention. Engage in meditation and mindfulness activities from the first session. Techniques included in each session: Countdown, Silent repetition and Guided Meditation. There are many benefits of mindfulness: increase self-awareness, focus on the present, reduce negative emotions, increase patience and tolerance, improve sleep quality, lower resting heart rate, lower resting blood pressure.
