Lockport Township Emergency Identification Bracelet Program

Lockport Township has an Emergency Identification Bracelet Program which is being offered to all LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS (South of 135th Street) free of charge.It is being offered to residents who are elderly, have disabilities, medical conditions or other special needs. The bracelets are intended to give Police, Fire, and Medical personnel a means of locating emergency information and identification during an emergency situation, while still maintaining the confidentiality of personal data. 

Each ID has a serialized number. Information will only be released to Police, Fire, and Medical personnel.  

If you come across a resident, and they live north of 135th street (DuPage Township), currently the bracelet is $10. Have them contact Officer Tom Dorsey at 815-886-7215 or tdorsey@romeoville.org, who will coordinate with non-Lockport Township Residents.
