The Veterans Commission works in conjunction with the non-for-profit organization “Operation Welcome You Home,” which coordinates homecoming celebrations for returning troops. Please contact the Recreation Department (815-886-6222) or Village Hall (815-886-7200) if you know of someone who will be arriving home and the Commission will help the family make arrangements for a homecoming.
